Deritend adds EMIR to the group
As the first step in an expansion plan, the Deritend Group has bought the family-owned East Midlands Industrial Rewinds (EMIR), based in Ashby-de-la-Zouch, for an undisclosed sum.
"This first acquisition is an exciting opportunity for the Deritend Group," says managing director, Richard Hale. "EMIR is well known for its high levels of quality and service, and we look forward to building on this reputation."
