Beloit name goes as Regal rebrands
The acquisitive US-headquartered motor manufacturer Regal Beloit has re-branded itself as Regal as it consolidates the string of acquisitions it has made around the globe in recent years, including AO Smith’s motors business, Rotor, CMG, Unico and Dutchi.

“We are in the midst of simplification – consolidating our product lines, standardising our IT systems, reducing the number of legal entities and streamlining our product brands – all with the idea of making it easier for customers to do business with us,” explains Mario Pistone, managing director of Regal Corporation Europe. “We are becoming a more dynamic enterprise, continuously innovating and growing to reach more people in more markets around the world.
“As we bring life to the new Regal, our brand reflects this mission to become a more focused, integrated, global company,” he adds.
The company has adopted a new logo (shown above) to represent its new branding.
